• Skew. The measure of asymmetry.  Positive skew values indicate stronger tail on the right side of the distribution, or higher prices.   Negative skew means stronger tail on the left side of the distribution, indicating lower prices.
  • Kurtosis.A measure of how peaked or unpeaked the Price/Time distribution, compared to a normal distribution of Time/Price Observations or TPO.  Kurtosis measures the strength of both tails: high kurtosis values indicate strong tails and flat distribution peaks while low kurtosis values mean weak tails and a sharp peak.
